We are a referral service. Callers are not charged by us for using it. We route calls to independent grease trap service providers and do not perform any grease trap, interceptor or related services ourselves.

Providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not control how they perform their work.

We make no warranty or guarantee about any provider's work, pricing, availability, response time, qualifications or credentials. The website and call routing are provided "as is" and "as available".

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying that any provider holds the permits, licenses and insurance required for the work. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider, including price, scheduling, payment and terms.

5. Call routing and recording consent

Calls pass through an automated ZIP code prompt and are routed to a provider serving that area. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, routing and compliance purposes. By placing a call, you consent to this routing and recording.

Content on this website, including descriptions of local rules, pumping intervals and planning cost ranges, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory or professional advice. Always confirm requirements with your local authority.
